It was an amazing experience dealing with Creative Seating System. I wasn’t charged anything for my first chair damage, second time when it happened , people from the service team were very helpful and got my issue resolved in 5 working days in which a technician came the very next day when my complaint was raised, when he couldn’t repair the chair transport was arranged to pick up the chair and get it repaired at their workshop. Her service team was continuously following up with me and finally I received the chair totally repaired.
Overall a great experience and would further do business with Creative and also highly recommend everyone to do business with them only for one particular reason which is the Service provided after purchase.
